Urban Art Festival Amsterdam 2014

This May is your chance to check out the Netherlands own Urban Art Festival Amsterdam where some amazing artists are getting together to celebrate all that’s great about street art!

Just some of the urban artists that will be there include Mr Dheo, The London Police, Sjocosjon, Zender, Royalsteez, Eelco van den Berg and dozens of other artists from Netherlands and Europe.

“This year 40 international artists are presenting their art on canvas, installations, sculptures and video art.  Leading urban art styles such as street art, neo-graffiti and abstract art are highlighted in the exhibition. In addition, numerous activities are taking place – several mural paintings, podium discussion, art market, family day and there is special attention for lightpainting, an upcoming form of art.”

Exhibition opening is at 8pm on the 30th of May and the festival ends 1st of June after a variety of events including: Live Painting, City & Art Tours, Urban Art Dinner, Podium Discussion & Artist Presentation, Club Night, Art Market, Workshops, STYLE WARS 2 Premiere and a Panel Discussion.
