“California Call Girl”
I really had some fun creating this 70’s style poster art and for the most part I think it’s pretty successful. I do wonder if it is actually in a 70’s style but I love the gritty / grindhouse look which is what I was going for.
From the first drafts until the final piece I played around with a lot of half tone effects to enhance the 70’s vibe. I have to admit I’m kind of in love with this kind of retro style so don’t be surprised if you see more of my art embracing this grungy look!
